Site Manager - Hospital Refurbishment - 26 weeks

I am currently in need of a Site Manager for a 1.8 million Healthcare refurbishment project in West London to an existing hospital. The project consists of a full refurbishment of the existing A&E department. The project has just started and is due to run for circa 26 weeks.

The Candidate - must be capable of operating standalone and report into a visiting contracts manager on progress. Duties wise you must be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, toolbox talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS-Black card & First Aid qualified.

My client is looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate by mid September.
