The successful candidate will carry out repairs and maintenance works across both occupied and void properties , ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times. Key Responsibilities Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. Complete associated repair works as required. Deliver excellent customer service when working in residents' homes. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Work towards agreed deadlines and productivity targets. Accurately update job information using the provided PDA system. Requirements Previous experience working within the social housing sector . Strong plastering skills with the ability to carry out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. Full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 points). Essential Qualifications Recognised trade qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). Asbestos Awareness certification (can be completed prior to the start date). Basic DBS Check . Multi Trade Plasterer A new opportunity has arisen to work for a housing provider as a Multi Trade Plasterer on a permanent basis. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering and multi-trade repairs within occupied and void social housing properties. The role involves travel between properties, with work allocated as close to your home location as possible. Pay Rate 32,000 per annum - Permanent Duties Include Carrying out all aspects of plastering repairs within social housing properties. Undertaking patch plastering, skimming, rendering, dry lining, and making good following maintenance works. Completing responsive repairs and void property refurbishments. Carrying out additional multi-trade tasks including basic carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating, and plumbing repairs. Experience carrying out repairs in occupied and void properties. Ability to identify defects and carry out permanent repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Experience using PDA systems or mobile workforce technology. Full UK driving licence preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
