Contracts Manager - Established Regional Main Contractor
A respected regional contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to lead a mix of new build and refurbishment projects across key public and private sector schemes.
You'll have experience of working on Commercial Build projects, across a wide range of sectors of the Construction Industry
The role offers the chance to join a stable, growing business with a strong pipeline, leading projects through to successful, profitable completion
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from pre-construction to completion
- Ensure safe, timely and commercially successful delivery
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Oversee programme, procurement, resources and reporting
- Work closely with commercial teams on cost, risk and contract matters
- Maintain strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships
- Drive high standards across health, safety, quality and compliance
Requirements
- Contracts Manager or Senior Management experience with a main contractor
- Background delivering new build and refurbishment projects
- Experience across Education, Healthcare, and Commercial projects
- Good working knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts
- Strong commercial, programming and procurement awareness
- Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder skills
