Job Role: HVAC Engineer

Location: Central London

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 base / £55,000 - £70,000 OTE (uncapped) inc Vehicle, fuel card, laptop, phone, hand tool allowance.

Start Date: Immediate

Type: Permanent Full-Time

About the company

This is an opportunity to join a well-established building services specialist as a HVAC Engineer with a long term contract in the London area. The company have a long standing contract covering 4/5 sites in London. Whilst this role is mobile, the reality is that you will be semi-static moving around the same sites 80% with 20% other customers.

What will you be doing as a HVAC Engineer?

  • You ll be working across a mix of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out: Service, maintenance and fault finding on AC & refrigeration systems. This is approx 50/50 split between maintenance and reactive works.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
  • Supporting ventilation and general building services works
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
  • Working independently while staying connected to a wider engineering team

What are we looking for in a HVAC Engineer?

  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration
  • F-Gas 2079 Category 1 certification
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
  • Experience within commercial and/or industrial environments (preferred)
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own hand tools
