Manage submission programmes and contributors to ensure deadlines are achieved in the fast-paced environment of private-sector fit out. Capture and develop project experience, case studies and reusable content as we continue to build our Fit-Out capability and credentials. What we're looking for You may currently be working as a Proposals Manager, Bid Manager, Bid Writer, Bid Editor or Senior Bid Coordinator, ideally within fit out, interiors or construction. Essential criteria Strong experience of writing, editing and managing high-quality construction or fit out bids. Experience of developing compelling win themes and translating them consistently throughout submissions.
