Role: Multi Trader Location: Bromley and surrounding areas Salary: Up to 40,660 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card Role Summary We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established maintenance team, carrying out reactive and planned repairs within occupied social housing properties across Bromley and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be a skilled carpenter and plasterer multi trader, with strong experience carrying out general maintenance and repairs within domestic properties. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for completing high-quality repairs and making-good works, helping to ensure residents' homes are safe, well-maintained and kept to a high standard. The role is field-based, covering Bromley and nearby areas, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. The Role As a Multi Trader, you'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of reactive repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void social housing properties. Typical duties will include: Carrying out carpentry and joinery repairs Repairing and replacing doors, frames, skirting boards and architraves Completing first and second-fix carpentry works Carrying out patch plastering and making-good works Repairing damaged walls and ceilings Plaster boarding and carrying out general plaster repairs Completing painting and decorating following repair works Carrying out minor plumbing repairs where required Completing minor tiling and general maintenance works Repairing and replacing fixtures, fittings and ironmongery Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently Carrying out a range of responsive repairs within residents' homes Completing general multi-trade maintenance works as required Maintaining excellent customer service when working in residents' properties Using a PDA or job management system to receive and update works completed What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced Multi Trader who has a strong background in carpentry and plastering and is confident carrying out a range of general maintenance repairs.
