The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating administrative processes and managing Operatives' and Surveyors' diaries to ensure works are scheduled, monitored and completed efficiently, in line with agreed KPIs and service level agreements. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of coordinating Operatives' diaries to ensure works are scheduled and completed efficiently within agreed KPIs and SLAs. Liaise with Senior Managers, Surveyors and Operatives to coordinate works and ensure requirements across all areas are met. Arrange customer appointments and maintain regular communication to keep customers informed of progress and any changes. Provide a high standard of customer service, particularly where repairs or disrepair matters may have potential legal implications. Coordinate Electrical, Gas, EPC, Asbestos and other relevant surveys and documentation. Ensure certificates and compliance documentation are current, accurately recorded and stored within the relevant document management system. Raise purchase orders and support the purchase ledger process in accordance with financial procedures. Work with Surveyors to raise jobs when required and liaise with subcontractors to support delivery. Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and relevant dashboards to ensure jobs are scheduled according to priority. Analyse operational data and prepare reports for Assurance Team members, identifying trends and making recommendations for service improvements. Monitor outstanding actions and support the team in maintaining effective workflow and case progression. Provide general administrative support and undertake additional duties as required by line management.
