Assistant Site Manager - Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to 55,000 all in
A privately owned residential developer, well known for the quality of its homes and developments, is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join a live scheme in Hertfordshire.
The project includes the refurbishment and conversion of a former school into 51 apartments, which is currently at drylining stage, alongside the construction of a further 75 new-build homes on the former playing fields.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Manager, helping to coordinate trades, maintain quality and health & safety standards, and ensure the programme remains on track.
This is a strong opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with residential experience who is looking to join a quality-focused, privately owned developer and gain exposure to both refurbishment and new-build construction.
