Hays Construction are partnering with a highly respected regional main contractor with a strong presence across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and the wider Thames Valley. With a secured pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering complex projects across the commercial, life sciences, education and advanced manufacturing sectors, they are looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join the team on a flagship 40m development in Oxford.
Unlike many roles where you're moved from project to project, this position offers genuine long-term prospects within the region. This landmark 40m scheme combines the refurbishment and transformation of existing buildings alongside the construction of new state-of-the-art facilities within a live and technically complex environment.

Reporting into the Project Manager, you will become a key member of the site leadership team with significant responsibility and autonomy. The successful candidate will play a major role in the day-to-day delivery of the project, helping drive programme, quality and safety targets while coordinating multiple subcontractors and work packages across the scheme.
