Our client is a main contractor that is renowned for delivering commercial CAT A and B interior fit out projects in London. We are assisting them in their search for a Site Supervisor to work on a £6m CAT B commercial office fit-out, located in central London. The project consists of a single floor of CAT B office space. This is a great opportunity for an individual to come in and join an established contractor. There is an opportunity to progress and grow within the company. The successful candidate for this role will be out on site driving labourers and trades. You must ensure health and safety compliance. You'll be reporting into the construction manager. You'll play a key role in pushing the project through to completion. To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering projects for a main contractor. CJS Recruitment are seeking experienced and reliable Site Managers with experience in roofing and carpentry contracts. Candidates will oversee day-to-day site operations and manage labour teams on active construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining project schedules and site organisation. We are looking for site managers who have the following : CSCS Card, High level QA experiance, good with paperwork, roofing knowledge and carpentry experiance. There is potential for longterm work on these contracts, if you are experienced with roofing programmes. This Labourer contract will be ongoing, with hours being 07:30 - 4:30, Monday - Friday with the possibility of weekend overtime and night shifts if wanted.
