About You We are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager who can demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage a demanding residential build programme. Essential Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience in an Assistant Site Manager or equivalent site management role within residential housebuilding. Strong experience managing internal fit-out stages across multiple residential plots. Good working knowledge of NHBC standards, key stage inspections and Building Regulations. Experience creating and managing short-term construction programmes. Understanding of Part L requirements and associated photographic evidence for BR EL reports. Experience delivering traditional build housing developments. Timber frame experience would also be beneficial. Strong health and safety awareness and a proactive approach to site management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a multi-level construction management team. Relevant CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS and First Aid qualifications.
