Project Manager

Nottingham £65,000 £70,000 £5,100 car allowance 20% bonus healthcare

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading FM and workplace services provider, working on a major University of Nottingham account.

This is a varied role managing a strong pipeline of CAPEX and project works across a complex and technically challenging estate, including M&E, fit-out and refurbishment.

You'll take ownership of projects from initial client brief and scoping through design, procurement, tender, delivery and handover, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects from concept through to completion
• Developing scopes, costs, programmes and business cases
• Coordinating design teams and consultants
• Managing procurement, tendering and contractor appointments
• Acting as Principal Contractor under CDM
• Managing Construction Phase Plans, RAMS, QHSE and statutory compliance
• Managing programme, budget, quality and commercial performance
• Managing contractor and client relationships
• Identifying additional project opportunities and supporting account growth
• Overseeing commissioning, close-out and handover

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager from an FM, construction, M&E or building services background who is comfortable managing both the pre-construction and delivery stages.

You'll need:

• Proven end-to-end project management experience
• Previous Principal Contractor/CDM experience
• Strong procurement, tendering and contractor management experience
• Good commercial awareness
• Experience delivering projects in live or complex environments
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
