About You The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties The ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently A good understanding of health and safety requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills A full UK driving licence Relevant trade qualifications and experience working across a range of maintenance tasks would be advantageous.
