Project Manager - Fire Protection Upgrades Hybrid Working with UK Wide Travel Required 30,000 - 45,000 + package About the Company Our client is a well-established specialist contractor delivering construction & refurbishment works. This is a new department set up to specialise in fire protection and passive fire upgrade projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured works, they are looking to appoint a Project Coordinator / Project Support Manager / Junior PM to support & oversee multiple fire protection schemes nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with exposure to fire safety compliance, passive fire protection, and refurbishment projects. The Role You will take responsibility for supporting the successful delivery of fire protection upgrade projects within railway station & office environments. You will oversee projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and fully compliant with current fire safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Organising multiple fire protection and compartmentation projects across the UK. Liaising site teams, subcontractors and specialist installers. Ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation, building regulations and quality standards. Coordinating project programmes, resources and client expectations. Conducting site visits, progress meetings and quality inspections. Managing project budgets, variations and reporting requirements. Maintaining high standards of health and safety throughout project delivery. Liaising with clients, consultants, residents and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
