Key Responsibilities Complete full kitchen replacements and refurbishments within domestic properties Carry out kitchen strip-outs and prepare properties for new installations Install kitchen units, wall units, base units and worktops Fit sinks, taps and associated plumbing Complete first and second fix plumbing where required Carry out carpentry and joinery works associated with kitchen installations Install doors, trims, skirting boards, architraves and other finishing items Complete tiling, splashbacks and wall panels Carry out minor plastering and making-good works Complete basic decorating and finishing works Measure and prepare work areas accurately Identify and rectify defects and complete snagging works Work from specifications, drawings and job instructions Liaise professionally with residents and customers when working in occupied homes Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe throughout the project Complete work to agreed quality, health & safety and productivity standards Safely use tools, equipment and materials Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales About You We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Fitter, Kitchen Installer, Carpenter Multi or Multi Skilled Operative who can confidently complete kitchen replacement works from start to finish.
