What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will bring: Proven experience working as a Foreman within civil engineering Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, deep excavations, drainage, pipework and associated heavy civils activities Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors on site Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction programmes Sound leadership, communication and organisational skills CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid and full UK driving licence.
