The Role: Develop construction logistics strategies for major construction projects across the UK. Carry out site surveys, measurements and feasibility assessments. Liaise with local authorities, clients and project stakeholders throughout the pre-construction phase. Coordinate with graphic designers to produce detailed logistics and site layout drawings. Develop access, traffic management and waste management strategies to support project delivery. The Person: Experience within construction as a Construction Manager, Contracts Manager, Senior Site Manager, Project Manager or similar. Good understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics and project planning. Able to read and interpret construction drawings, floor plans and technical documentation. Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. Full UK Driving Licence and willing to travel to project sites across the UK.
