Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Brickwork Contracts Manager to join our team in an office and site-based role .
The Role
You will be responsible for managing multiple brickwork contracts from pre-start through to completion. This includes overseeing site teams, programme management, client liaison, cost control, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
This is a hybrid role (office and site based) , requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several live projects simultaneously.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience as a Brickwork Contracts Manager or similar senior role within brickwork or construction.
Strong technical knowledge of brickwork packages and construction processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and subcontractor teams effectively.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery.
Confident in client and main contractor liaison.
Computer literate, with experience using email, spreadsheets, and project management systems.
Ability to produce and review reports, programmes, and site documentation.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Valid CSCS card (essential).
SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred).
First Aid at Work (preferred).
Strong communication and organisational skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Site Manager looking to take ownership of a quality residential scheme from construction through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving programme, quality, health & safety and customer satisfaction, ensuring the development is delivered on time and within budget. With a build programme of approximately 80 weeks for the 75 units, this represents an opportunity to focus on delivering a high quality product. The Role Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers while maintaining the highest standards of construction and customer care. Key responsibilities include: Managing the build programme to achieve project milestones and completion dates. Leading all site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently. Delivering exceptional build quality throughout all phases of construction. Managing subcontractors and ensuring productivity and workmanship meet company standards. Monitoring costs and minimising waste while maintaining programme targets. Conducting regular quality inspections and ensuring all homes are completed to a high standard. Maintaining excellent health & safety standards and ensuring full compliance with current legislation. Working closely with Technical, Commercial and Customer Care teams throughout the build process. Leading, motivating and developing the on-site team. About You To be considered for this role, you will have: Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager within the housebuilding sector. Strong experience delivering timber frame residential developments. A track record of successfully managing housing developments of a similar size and complexity. Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills. A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities. A commitment to delivering high-quality homes and exceptional customer satisfaction.
