We are working alongside a successful London based building main contractor, with a turnover last year of 175m and expected turnover this year of 200m+. Our client's business model is extremely well managed, with a reputation for producing a quality project on time and budget, which results in a large amount of repeat business. They have a prime residential new build, valued at 20m, in Virginia Waters Surrey due to start in the coming weeks. We are trying to source an experienced Design Manager with ideally relevant experience.
