Key Responsibilities Lead by example, working alongside the team on high-spec decorating projects. Supervise and coordinate a team of up to 5 decorators. Allocate daily tasks and provide guidance and support to team members. Ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget. Act as the main point of contact for clients, colleagues and suppliers on site. Communicate professionally and confidently with clients, including within occupied homes. Coordinate schedules and support the smooth running of projects. Identify and resolve issues proactively on site. Maintain a clean, safe and respectful working environment. Support team development and promote high standards of workmanship. Promote sustainable and environmentally conscious working practices. About You Proven experience as a professional Painter & Decorator . Previous supervisory or team leadership experience. Experience working within high-end residential and/or commercial environments. Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work. Professional, personable and calm manner. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Organised, proactive and able to work independently. Confident working across construction sites and occupied residential properties. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative. Committed to quality, craftsmanship and sustainable working practices. Valid CSCS card and SMSTS qualification. Willingness to undergo a DBS check .
