This is a varied, hands-on management position overseeing a busy portfolio of domestic and commercial electrical works, managing the day-to-day workload of the electrical team and ensuring jobs are properly coordinated from initial enquiry through to completion. This isn't purely a desk-based scheduling role. I'm looking for someone with a strong electrical background who understands how jobs should be delivered, can confidently manage electricians and customers, and is comfortable taking ownership when problems arise.
