Carpenter Chargehand - Banbury Lead and support carpentry/formwork activities on a long-term construction project. Read and interpret drawings, general arrangement drawings, specifications and British Standards. Construct, assemble and erect formwork for reinforced concrete frames and structures. Ensure formwork is accurate and ready for concrete pouring gangs. Supervise work on site, supporting the General/Working Foreman. Maintain high standards of quality, productivity and health & safety. Coordinate with site teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and to programme. Requirements: CSCS Blue or Gold Card SSSTS or SMSTS Strong joinery and formwork/shuttering carpentry experience Ability to work accurately from technical drawings Excellent understanding of reinforced concrete formwork Payment Details: PAYE 23.03/hr (first 39 hours) 30.04/hr (after 39 hours) Weekly pay Long-term work As part of the Disability Confident scheme, we offer a guaranteed interview to disabled applicants who meet the essential criteria for the role.
