This is a rare opportunity to manage the day-to-day delivery of a magnificent, one-off bespoke residential estate in South Devon. Spanning a 3-year construction phase, this ultra-luxury build requires a proactive, on-the-ground manager who thrives on complex engineering, fine architectural detailing, and active site coordination. Health & Safety: Maintain strict RAMS compliance and site standards throughout the project lifecycle. Candidate Requirements Ultra-Prime Residential Experience: Proven track record delivering high-value, bespoke 1-off private residential builds. Location: Based in or easily commutable to South Devon for the 3-year project duration. Package & Benefits Salary: Circa 70,000 per annum (all-inclusive package).
