Project Manager £35,000 Medway An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Project Manager to join a growing Projects Team within an established facilities management and building services business. You will be responsible for managing multiple facilities, construction and building projects from initial instruction through to completion and handover. This will include planning and programming works, managing budgets and resources, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard. This is a hands-on Project Manager role, combining office-based project management with regular visits to client sites.
