CPCS/NPORS 360 Operator

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced CPCS/NPORS 360 Operator for an immediate start on 24/08/2026 in St Fergus, AB42.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently on a busy construction site.
• Carrying out excavation, trenching, grading and earthworks.
• Loading dumpers and moving materials around site.
• Assisting with drainage, utilities and general civil engineering works.
• Completing daily machine checks and reporting any defects.
• Working alongside groundworkers and site management to ensure work is completed to programme.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working area.
• Adhering to all site health & safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket.
• Previous experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
• Full PPE.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
