360 Machine Operative (CPCS/NPORS Required)

Duration: Long-Term
We are currently looking for an experienced 360 Machine Operative to join a busy substation project in Leek. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable operator looking for long-term work on a well-established site.
The Role:
You will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently, carrying out a range of excavation and groundwork duties to support the ongoing substation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently
- Excavation, trenching, and grading works
- Assisting with drainage, ducting, and other groundwork activities
- Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Working closely with the site team to ensure work is completed safely and to programme
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket
- Previous experience operating a 360 excavator on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Substation experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong awareness of health and safety on site
- Reliable, hard-working, and able to work as part of a team
