A well-established Regional Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Central Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator who can confidently manage all packages of work on new build projects valued up to £20m, with the potential to work on schemes beyond this range. You will play a key role in tender phase, preparing accurate and competitive pricing documentation for a diverse selection of projects. The business undertakes a varied workload, offering exposure to different sectors and project types including industrial, commercial and social housing markets. Responsibilities include; Lead the end-to-end estimating process for new build projects Undertake take-offs, pricing, and package build-ups across all trade elements Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to develop robust tender submissions Analyse drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities to ensure accurate pricing If you are an accomplished Estimator looking to join a well established construction business and take ownership of a diverse tendering workload, please get in touch to discuss this role further.
