Lead on any incident/accidents which occur in the businesses under your responsibility, investigate them and promptly produce the necessary reports. Ensure that, through the Director of Health & Safety, any applicable incidents/accidents/ work related ill health issues are reported to the HSE in-line with the requirements of R.I.D.D.O.R. Ensure that any potential insurance related matters (claims, incidents etc) are promptly communicated with the Director of Health & Safety. Review, monitor and administer the health & safety training for the businesses under your responsibility, booking and co-ordinating the necessary training, including e-learning, and updating the matrix for all completed training.
