The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs and void property repairs, delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out plastering and multi-trade repairs in occupied and void properties. Complete reactive maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard. Undertake void property repairs and prepare properties for re-let. Diagnose and resolve general maintenance issues where required. Work safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety requirements. Maintain professional standards when working in customers' homes. Complete paperwork and job records accurately.
