Construction Manager (No1)

Our client is a well-established, main contractor which is renowned for delivering commercial office fit outs within the CAT A & B sectors across London.

We are assisting them in their search for a Construction Manager to lead a £1.8m CAT B single floor of high end commercial office fit-out based in Oxford Street, programme 14 weeks.

This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project from inception to completion. You must ensure health and safety compliance as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.

To be considered for this role you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects for a main contractor, with a similar job value.
