The Role The successful candidate will carry out painting and decorating works across residential properties, delivering a high-quality finish as part of planned refurbishment and maintenance works. Requirements Proven experience as a Painter / Decorator. Experience within residential, refurbishment or maintenance environments. High standard of workmanship and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional approach when working in residents' homes. NVQ & CSCS card required.
