This is an excellent opportunity for a flooring specialist with additional multi-trade skills who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in delivering first-class customer service. What You'll Be Doing Installing Polysafe safety flooring and carrying out cap and cove installations for wet rooms . Installing, repairing, and maintaining a range of flooring types including: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of finish, safety, and customer satisfaction. Working independently and as part of a wider responsive repairs team. Undertaking additional multi-trade works including: Basic plumbing repairs Carpentry repairs and installations Patch plastering and making good Damp-proofing works General maintenance tasks as required Maintaining accurate records and adhering to health and safety procedures at all times. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Floor Layer within domestic, maintenance, or social housing environments. Strong experience installing Polysafe safety flooring and cap & cove systems .
