Streetworks Coordinator Infrastructure Join a Major Infrastructure Contractor with a Strong Future Are you an experienced Streetworks Coordinator looking to join a business that's growing, investing and winning major projects? We're recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractors - a business with a substantial secured order book and a strong pipeline of work across the water, highways, energy, utilities and built environment sectors. The Role As Streetworks Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with NRSWA legislation. Key Responsibilities Manage Streetworks permits from application through to completion using Street Manager. Liaise with Highway Authorities, local councils and operational teams to coordinate planned works. Ensure compliance with NRSWA legislation and minimise the risk of delays, penalties and non-compliance. Coordinate road closures, parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions and other third-party approvals. Manage Section 50 licences, Section 74 charges and Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs). Maintain accurate programmes and Streetworks schedules. Produce reports, KPI data and performance updates. Support audits, compliance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Essential Previous Streetworks coordination or permit management experience. Strong knowledge of NRSWA legislation and Streetworks processes. Experience using Street Manager or similar permit management systems. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders. Competent with Microsoft Office. Desirable Experience working within utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure. Knowledge of traffic management coordination. Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for the raising and closing of all notices required to work on site for all Multi Utility Projects. Working closely with the Delivery Manager, Project Managers and Supervisors ensuring delivery and achievement of outcomes in accordance with the requirements, standards and targets set out by the client. You will work collaboratively with the client, internal staff, operatives, sub-contractors, and other professionals to support this process.
