Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out reactive repair work in our residents' homes and communal areas. Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with Electricity at Work Regulations and BS th Edition Testing and certifying work carried out in accordance with current IET Wiring Regulations. Where necessary, ensure Health & Safety working practices which are essential to ensure the safety of both tenants and operatives, are always implemented.
