Working from drawings, samples, specifications and finish requirements. Working alongside mould makers, fibreglassers, painters and fabricators. About You We are looking for experienced finishers/sanders at mid to high level who can work confidently with minimal supervision. You should have: Proven experience in prop finishing, sanding or surface preparation. Excellent attention to detail. Experience working with GRP/fibreglass, resin, filler and composite materials. Good understanding of surface preparation and finishing processes. Ability to achieve clean, smooth and consistent surfaces. Good hand-finishing and sanding skills. Ability to identify imperfections and work out the best method to correct them. A reliable and professional approach to workshop work. Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required. Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
