If you would like to know more about this opportunity, please contact Sophie Randle at RGB Recruitment ASAP!A well established multidisciplinary practice is looking to recruit a Landscape Architect to join its growing team, with the flexibility to be based from either its Exeter, Plymouth or Cornwall office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of landscape and masterplanning projects, becoming part of a friendly and experienced team where your ideas and input will genuinely be valued. The role offers the chance to work closely alongside architects, urban designers and planners on projects that range from early feasibility through to detailed design and delivery.
They're ideally looking for someone with previous masterplanning experience and, whilst chartership would be advantageous, they are also keen to hear from experienced Landscape Architects who are working towards this.
Role & Responsibilities - Lead and contribute to landscape design and masterplanning projects
- Prepare landscape proposals from concept through to detailed design
- Work collaboratively with architects, urban designers and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Produce high quality reports, drawings and presentation material
- Attend client meetings, workshops and site visits
- Contribute to landscape planning, public realm and placemaking projects
- Support the delivery of sustainable and environmentally sensitive design solutions
Requirements - Degree qualified in Landscape Architecture
- Chartered (CMLI) preferred, although experienced Landscape Architects working towards chartership will also be considered
- Experience working on landscape design and/or masterplanning projects
- Strong design, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
