Main Duties and Responsibilities: Complete internal and external painting and decorating of residential annexes Prepare surfaces through filling, sanding, making good and other preparation work Apply primers, undercoats and finishing coats to achieve a high-quality finish Complete final decorating and finishing works prior to customer handover Maintain excellent standards of workmanship, cleanliness and housekeeping Represent Garden Annexes by GX Modular professionally and courteously when working at customer properties About you: As a Painter & Decorator, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in senior painting and decorating, ideally within residential or high-end domestic environments. You will have exceptional decorating skills, a strong eye for detail and a proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality finishes at a good pace. You will be reliable, resilient and comfortable working away from home during the week, returning home at weekends if ever working away. Excellent customer-facing skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. A full UK driving licence is also required.
