You should have: Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating, or equivalent Previous commercial building-services experience Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities Good knowledge of commercial plumbing and mechanical systems A professional approach to customers and clients Good communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team Full UK Driving Licence Experience within commercial heating, plant rooms, healthcare, education or other public-sector environments would be advantageous. Due to the nature of some client contracts, successful applicants may be required to undergo DBS/security screening and relevant background checks. The company has experience working within environments where enhanced DBS checks are required.
