The Role
You will be responsible for managing multiple brickwork contracts from pre-start through to completion. This includes overseeing site teams, programme management, client liaison, cost control, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team. PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE IS UK WIDE AND REQUIRES YOU TO WORK AWAY FROM HOME MONDAY TO THURSDAY. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of civils and groundworks projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. Projects will include setting out, groundworks, drainage, earthworks, concrete works, roads, infrastructure and associated civil engineering works. Duties: Managing the day-to-day running of civils and groundworks sites. Coordinating subcontractors, site operatives, plant and materials. Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and programmes. Managing site health & safety and ensuring RAMS are followed. Monitoring progress and reporting to the Contracts Manager/Project Manager. Managing site records, permits, inspections and daily reports. Carrying out quality checks and ensuring works meet the required standards. Liaising with clients, engineers, consultants and subcontractors. Identifying and resolving any site issues as they arise. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strong understanding of groundworks, drainage and general civil engineering. Experience managing subcontractors and site teams. Good knowledge of health & safety requirements. Able to read and interpret construction drawings. Strong organisational and communication skills. CSCS and relevant Site Management qualifications. SMSTS is essential.
