We are recruiting a Preconstruction Director on behalf of a well established specialist facades contractor. They deliver new build, reclad and refurbishment projects across education, commercial, leisure, residential and hotels, and they have a strong reputation with tier one main contractors who come back to them repeatedly. This is a senior leadership appointment. You'd own the preconstruction function end to end, covering estimating, early design input and bid strategy, and you'd carry the annual turnover and margin targets rather than simply running tenders.
