Essential Minimum 3 years' experience in a Health & Safety role. Construction experience required Strong knowledge of construction health & safety legislation and compliance requirements. Experience producing RAMS, risk assessments and construction phase plans. NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent). IOSH Membership. Full UK Driving Licence Key responsibilities include: Supporting project and operational teams with their health & safety obligations. Preparing and reviewing RAMS, risk assessments, construction phase plans and safe systems of work. Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews. Monitoring compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation. Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions. Delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings. Managing training records, competency requirements and compliance tracking. Supporting vehicle and fleet safety processes. Maintaining health & safety documentation, policies and management systems. Producing health & safety performance reports for senior leadership. Promoting a positive health & safety culture across the organisation Desirable Experience with Health & Safety management systems and portals.
