Rate: 300 to 325 per day

OverviewHays are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee a salt barn demolition and rebuild project in Pytchley, Kettering (NN14). This is a six-month assignment with the opportunity to move into a permanent position.

Key Duties

• Overseeing subcontractors on site
• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Reviewing and implementing RAMS
• Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations
• Coordinating subcontractor activities and programmes
• Monitoring health & safety standards across site
• Reporting progress and issues to the Project Manager
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme

Requirements

• Previous experience managing construction or civil engineering projects
• Strong subcontractor management skills
• Good understanding of Building Regulations
• Experience reviewing and managing RAMS
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and drive project progress
