Senior Operations Manager - High Rise Re-clad Projects Gateshead based 90K - 100K + Car Allowance + Benefits We are working with a leading national regeneration contractor to recruit a Senior Operations Manager to join their highly successful team based in Gateshead. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering a multiple high rise planned maintenance programs including cladding and roofing works. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience on high rise or high risk buildings working for a Main Contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Senior Operations Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Project Managers, Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.
