There will already be a Project Manager on site, but we need this site supervisor to deal with all of the sub contractors on site, monitor and report back on daily completed work, inspect the site daily, maintenance of the site, ensuring the work is completed to health and safety standards etc. The right person for this position will already have a background within Mechanical or Electrical maintenance or installation. They need to be holding a CSCS card (any level). They need to have experience working on a large commercial site preferably with M&E refurbishment experience. It is essential that this person can read technical drawings and have fundamental knowledge of health and safety. We would prefer this person to have a technical mechanical or electrical qualification or degree level.
