Location: Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex, Sussex, Surrey

Salary & Package: Up to 50,000, company car, 33 days holiday (inc. bank holidays), private healthcare, early finish on Fridays
We're working with a specialist industrial roofing contractor who provide high-quality roofing services across commercial, retail, and educational sectors. With a reputation for excellence and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, they're looking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to join their team.This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of roofing projects from inception to completion, working with a business that values quality, safety, and teamwork across a varied and interesting project portfolio.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will oversee roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of roofing techniques, and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays promptly
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, material orders, and site diaries
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among site personnel
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the roofing industry
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices
- Valid UK driving licence
You'll have a solid background within the roofing or wider construction sector, with experience delivering projects across commercial, retail, or educational settings.
