Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with the credibility, judgement and commercial ability to operate at a genuine General Management level. You will ideally have: Proven experience in General Management, Operations Management, Contracts Management or senior operational/project management. Strong knowledge of conservatory, extension or closely related residential construction projects. Experience managing projects from initial handover through planning, procurement, installation, completion and aftercare. A strong track record of leading people and building accountable, effective teams. Sound commercial judgement, with a clear understanding of margins, profitability and cost control. The ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements. Confidence in making decisions, solving problems and taking ownership of outcomes.
