Teamforce Labour is currently seeking an experienced Groundworker with CPCS or NPORS Dumper & Roller qualifications for an immediate start in Ollerton, Newark-on-Trent, NG22. You will be working with an experienced site team, you will carry out a variety of groundworks duties while operating Dumper and Roller machinery to support daily site operations. Key Responsibilities Carrying out all aspects of general groundworks Safely operating a Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-on Roller as required Assisting with site preparation and finishing works Supporting plant operators and the wider site team Conducting daily plant checks and reporting any defects Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with site health, safety, and environmental procedures Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have: Valid CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) Forward Tipping Dumper qualification Valid CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) Ride-on Roller qualification Previous experience working as a Groundworker on civil engineering or infrastructure projects Good understanding of site health and safety procedures Full PPE Two recent work references Up-to-date CV Own transport is preferred due to the site location Equal Opportunities Statement Teamforce Labour is an equal opportunities employer.
