Gas Engineer - Service & Repair (Social Housing)
Location: North and West London
Salary/Rate: 45,000 - 50,000
Package: Van, fuel card, overtime, call-outs
Regen Solutions are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer with F-Gas certification to join our team, carrying out service, repair and maintenance work within social housing properties.
The role will include:
Servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers
Fault finding and diagnostics
Servicing and repairing ASHPs (Air Source Heat Pumps)
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
Working safely and professionally in occupied social housing properties
Completing relevant paperwork and job reports
Requirements:
Full ACS qualifications
F-Gas certification
Experience servicing and repairing boilers
Experience working with ASHPs / heat pumps
Strong fault-finding skills
Full UK driving licence
Professional and customer-focused approach
Experience working within social housing would be highly desirable.
