Your impact in the role: You will have experience working with contractors, dispute resolution, looking at specifications, holding meetings, looking at performance and ensuring that KPIs and targets are set and met with L&Q's partners. The post holder will need to have had experience working statutory authorities, suppliers and consultants promoting best practise and contributing towards L&Q's positive reputation within the industry. You will contribute legislation change and to promote the work of the trust. This means you will need to have an up to date CPD and will be committed to being knowledgeable about changes in legislation and compliance frameworks. The post holder will ensure H&S, regulatory & governance compliance for areas under the technical advisor's control.
