Multi Trade Operative - Property Services Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Harrow Salary: 24.73 per hour Umbrella Permanent: 42,000 per annum A Multi Trade Operative is required to work on a busy social housing repairs and maintenance contract in Harrow . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced multi-skilled tradesperson looking for a temporary-to-permanent position. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works within occupied social housing properties. The ideal candidate will be a skilled carpenter and plasterer multi trader, with strong experience carrying out general maintenance and repairs within domestic properties. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for completing high-quality repairs and making-good works, helping to ensure residents' homes are safe, well-maintained and kept to a high standard. The role is field-based, covering Bromley and nearby areas, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. The Role As a Multi Trader, you'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of reactive repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void social housing properties.
