JOB SPEC: Window Sill Seal Fitter (Multi-Trader / Carpenter) Location: South London Position: Temporary / Contract Pay Rate: 20.00 - 23.00/hr CIS (DOE) Start Date: ASAP Role Overview: Fitting aluminium seals / draught profiles onto window sills across the site. Requires neat cutting of aluminium extrusion, drill/fixing into sills, and applying high-grade external sealants to prevent weather ingress. Key Requirements: Trade Background: Experienced Window Fitter, Carpenter, or high-end Multi-Trader (Must have proven experience working with window systems/seals). Tools Required: Full kit including chop saw (with aluminium/non-ferrous blade), cordless drills, SDS, spirit levels, mastic guns. Tickets: Valid CSCS card (Blue Skilled preferred) & full PPE.
